1. Behaviour, Safety & Duty of Care
The venue may refuse entry or require any person to leave if their behaviour creates a safety risk, disrupts other attendees, or breaches venue policy. This includes intoxication, harassment, unsafe conduct, interference with staff directions, or behaviour likely to endanger others.
The venue exercises a duty of care consistent with NSW civil liability principles. Attendees must act responsibly and comply with all safety instructions.

2. Minors, Guardians & Supervision Requirements
Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. The venue does not assume supervisory responsibility for minors.
Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the supervision, behaviour, safety, and welfare of minors in their care. Minors cannot enter into binding agreements, provide legal consent, or authorise payments.
Teen memberships and teen entry fees include attendance for both the minor and their required guardian.

3. Alcohol, BYO & Intoxication
BYO alcohol is only permitted during designated adults‑only sessions. Alcohol is not permitted when minors are present. The venue may inspect bags or refuse BYO items for safety reasons.
Intoxicated persons may be refused entry or removed. Intoxicated persons cannot provide informed or voluntary consent to photography, filming, participation, or any activity affecting their rights or safety.

4. Drink Tampering, Harassment & Zero‑Tolerance Safety Protections
Tampering with another person’s drink, adding substances without their knowledge, or creating unsafe conditions is strictly prohibited. Drink tampering is a criminal offence.
The venue maintains a zero‑tolerance stance on harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or behaviour that threatens the safety or wellbeing of others.

5. Photography, Filming & Consent
Photography or filming of identifiable individuals requires informed and voluntary consent. Consent cannot be given by intoxicated persons or unaccompanied minors.
The venue may restrict recording where necessary to protect privacy, safety, or operational integrity.
The venue may capture general ambience footage or CCTV for safety and operational purposes. Identifiable images will not be used publicly without appropriate consent.

6. Privacy, Data Handling & Law Enforcement Requests
Personal information collected for bookings, membership, safety, or operational purposes is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Information may be used for:
- membership and booking administration
- safety and incident management
- communication related to your attendance
- operational improvements
Personal information will not be shared with third parties except:
- where required by law
- where necessary to prevent or reduce a serious threat to life, health, or safety
- when responding to a lawful request from NSW Police or another authorised agency
- when required under warrant, subpoena, or statutory authority
- Privacy laws are not waived; disclosures occur only under lawful exceptions.

7. CCTV & Security Footage
The venue uses CCTV for safety, security, and operational monitoring. Footage is stored securely and may be provided to law enforcement under lawful request.

8. Memberships, Payments & Contracts
All memberships, bookings, and payments must be made by an adult aged 18 or over. Minors cannot enter binding agreements or authorise payments.
Teen memberships include attendance for both the minor and their required guardian. All fees, charges, and membership benefits are subject to the venue’s terms and conditions.

9. Personal Property & Liability
Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The venue is not liable for loss, theft, or damage except where required by law.
Attendees bringing personal items, including electronic devices, do so at their own risk.

10. Non‑Tampering, Security, Systems Integrity & Intellectual Property
Attendees must not interfere with, damage, modify, or attempt to access any venue systems, equipment, networks, or infrastructure. This includes but is not limited to:
- tampering with electronic devices, consoles, PCs, or network hardware
- attempting to bypass security controls or authentication systems
- introducing malicious software, scripts, or unauthorised devices
- interfering with lighting, audio, or environmental systems
- attempting to access restricted areas or staff‑only systems
All venue content, branding, designs, layouts, digital assets, audiovisual materials, and operational systems are protected by intellectual property laws. Attendees may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reverse‑engineer any venue materials without written permission.
The venue may take reasonable steps to protect its systems, including monitoring, access control, and reporting unlawful conduct to NSW Police or relevant authorities.

11. Acceptance of Conditions
Where any part of these conditions is inconsistent with, or falls short of, the requirements of applicable legislation, the relevant legislation shall prevail. Any invalid or unenforceable provision will be read down or severed to the extent necessary, without affecting the validity of the remaining conditions.
By entering or remaining on the premises, you acknowledge and accept these conditions and agree to comply with all venue terms and conditions designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and legally compliant environment for everyone.
